There are a lot of muscular strength examples around us, simply we are seeing muscular strength example when we rise up our morning cup of coffee in this situation are working our hand muscles it means – muscular strength is working for us. To say simply muscular strength occurs when we make a move or motion. I will try to explain more examples of muscular strength in usual weight training sports.
We can see many examples of muscular strength in bodybuilding. Bodybuilding is using progressive strength training to master and grow muscle it means muscular strength. The main thing in bodybuilding is to develop every muscle human have and show off against audience of course there we can see an example of muscular strength, without muscular strength there will be no muscle to show off. Bodybuilders are showing their muscles, making moves that will stun everybody, make them muscle to look good and so win competition.
Weightlifting is also called Olympic weightlifting. Weightlifters have to lift a barbell loaded with weight plates in one single try. It’s very hard exercise for every weightlifter. The main thing weightlifters have to do is to lift their weighted barbell from floor to outstretched hands this means to lift so heavy weights human must have much muscular strength to lift it. There is a great example of muscular strength in this sport.
Powerlifting is a little bit similar to weightlifting, but powerlifting consists of three tries at maximum weight on three stages: bench press, squat, deadlift. It’s similar because both sports use same discipline of weight lifting in three attempts. This is another great example of muscular strength, without such a great muscular strength human can’t even move an empty barbell.
I only mentioned most known sports where muscular strength occurs, certainly there is a lot more examples of muscular strength but not so important for muscle building.
